What is The Makeover Bootcamp anyway?
The Makeover Bootcamp is a 3 days a week outdoor fitness program that includes top notch fitness instructions, nutritional coaching and motivational training all designed to get you in the best shape of your life regardless of your current fitness level.

What if I’m not very physically fit?
No member will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. If you have 5 or 25 KG to lose, you’ll find that The Makeover Bootcamp is just the program for you! Women of all ages, abilities and fitness levels can attend The Makeover Bootcamp and achieve incredible results.

Where’s the location of the boot camp?
We Have 2 locations at the moment.
Singapore Botanic Gardens (“Swan Lake”, short walk from Botany Centre)
Big Splash, East Coast Park (outside “Carl’s Jr”, facing the beach)

How often will we meet?
Participants will meet 3 times a week for a minimum of 45 minutes each time. We also have the Unlimited Bootcamp option for members who are keen to drop their dress sizes FAST!

What if I can’t attend 3 days a week?
Yes you CAN! Unlike other fitness bootcamps where there are set timings and days, The Makeover Bootcamp allows you to attend ANY of the 33 classes each week. No more excuses! For more information on timing, see below:

What are the days & time of the bootcamps?
Mondays to Fridays: 7.00am, 8.00am, 9.00am, 5.15pm, 6.15pm and 7.15pm
Saturdays: 8.00am, 9.00am and 10.00am
Sundays & Public Holidays: Closed

What if it rains?
Workouts will take place under sheltered areas. (It’s a rain or shine event). Nope, you are not spared! However if the weather is forecasted to be bombed with lightning and thunderstorms, participants will be notified 30mins prior to the start of the class and it will be postponed. Make up class(es) will be held at another available time slot that suits your timing and day.

What if I’m too busy and don’t have time to come?
Professionally speaking…after working with over a thousand clients over the years we have found that “I don’t have time” really means “I’d like to procrastinate a little longer.” The truth of the matter is that you can make time if you really want to change the way you look and feel. Ask yourself this:

Ok, you make a good point… what do I need to bring?
Nothing. We’ll provide all the equipment, motivation, and accountability you’ll need. Just bring a water bottle and a sense of adventure! Oh, and make sure NOT to come on an empty stomach. We don’t want you to get light headed during our fun and energizing workouts!

What can I expect to achieve?
You can expect to drop inches and pounds while becoming more fit and toned. On average you’ll drop 3-6 KG, 1-2 dress sizes, and 2-5% body fat every 30 days. The program includes exercises designed to firm your butt and thighs, flatten your stomach, reduce body fat and “bloat” and increase confidence.

How is this different than the local health club?
The Makeover Bootcamp is a women’s only fitness program designed to get you in the best shape of your life in a fun and motivating atmosphere. Unlike a traditional health club you won’t encounter intimidation, overcrowding, and broken down equipment. Is there a nutrition program included?

Can I bring a friend?

How often can I attend?
If you join the 3x per week membership, simply attend ANY of the 33 classes each week.
If you join the unlimited bootcamp membership, attend as many classes as you want.  Even twice a day!

Can I pay per workout or just when I come?
No. The fact of the matter is that you need and want to exercise consistently, right? We’ve found that the second best motivator is knowing that you are consistently paying for your boot camp (which helps hold you accountable too). The best motivator is knowing that you’re going to have a ton of fun once you get to camp and meet your new friends for another life changing workout!

What else do I need to know?

Each camp is 45 minutes minimum, 3 days a week (or unlimited).

Includes a supportive lifestyle change nutrition plan, weekly nutrition teleseminars and unlimited support.

Space is strictly limited to 15 members per class.

Registration is just $297 per month for 3x weekly option (or $397 per month for unlimited option). That’s less than $10/day!

Will I be sore sometimes?
Most people feel some soreness for the first 2-3 days. After that point, it is little to moderate. It’s part of the process that lets you know you are improving! After the first two weeks your body will adjust and you’ll find that you’re no longer sore.

What is a typical day like at camp?
In one word – FUN! However, since each workout program is intentionally different to alleviate boredom and to give you maximum results in minimum time its difficult to describe a “typical day.” You can expect some Valslide training, light running, resistance training, obstacle courses, core, body weight, and team training.

On special days, you will go hiking. It’s always an adventure, and you’ll always have fun! We teach you a great deal about proper form and “core stability.” You will enjoy a unique fitness experience from the top trainers in the industry and the creator of the boot camp craze which has swept the nation.

How soon will I see results?
Performance improvement can take place in as little as a couple of days. “Visual Improvement” can take from two to four weeks depending on your effort level. It’s becoming common to see a camper go down 1-2 dresses sizes within the first 30 days.

Does the camp ever end?
The Makeover Bootcamp is an ongoing program. After all it’s a lifestyle change. You’re welcome to join for a little as one month or stay onboard for the long haul.
